Everyone you defeat is a henchman or outcast loser. You have never faced an A-tier, let alone an S-tier opponent. Again, your only utility is your control of AM, which is required to finish off the bad guy at the end. Once the teachers are brought into the battle, they show they are easily capable of finishing off Ranrock's assembled forces, almost as if it's a game to them. They are never a liability, and you're not put into the position of having to save or chaperone them. Sure, you're better, but you have AM and are not AI-controlled.
